We have received a large amount of emails from their customers asking where your orders are. Unfortunately we are a totally separate company and recommend that their customers contact them via their twitter @jockpartyonline

If you have paid for goods and not received anything you should contact your credit/debit card provider who can advise you on getting a refund.

We’d like to apologise for any misunderstanding but this was not of our making.
