JOCK party started off back in 2016 as the brain child of MJ Palmer, a personal trainer from Manchester. It was a new type of club night on the Manchester’s gay scene that encorprated the mild side of a fetish night with all the fun of a dance party. An inclusive night that lacked attitude and had a real sense of community.
Underwear and sports kit was the theme, not a ground breaking concept, but the ethos of the night is what has made it a success. Attitude free clubbing that is sexy, fun and doesn’t take itself too seriously.

Month by month the parties got bigger and better before JOCK expanded to Birmingham at the legendary Nightingale Club in 2018.
2019 was a big year for JOCK as it saw its expansion into the London scene by hosting the official after party to the European Porn Awards and was also featured in Attitude magazine to name but one. MJ Events was born, the hosting company for JOCK and future party brands.
JOCK currently hosts parties in Manchester, Birmingham and London and boasts a back catalogue of world class DJ’s. Due to the impact of Covid-19 in 2020. Parties are currently postponed with a plan to restart from early 2021. The impact of Covid-19 saw JOCK expand its small merchandise side-line into a fully operational online store featuring own brand products and some of the best known LGBT+ brands on the market.
